v Bike Racks are available in the garage to reserve for 1 year for $30 each. Please contact management if you would like a bike Rack Assignment

v It is important that all homeowners carry Homeowners insurance. This is a CC&R requirement. The Associationís insurance does not cover loss of use, personal property or liability for individual owners. Proof of Insurance is required to be sent to management by March 10th, 2011.

v Waterwise Toilet Flappers are available for $16 each and can be installed for you by our building engineer. Please leave a check made out to 199 New Montgomery at the Front desk with your contact information and we can take care of this for you. New flappers help save water and prevent overflow problems.

v Motorcycle Spaces are available for lease for $50 per Month. Please remember that only one vehicle is allowed in each parking space. Parking a car and a Motorcycle or scooter is not permitted.
